Completion spring 2025, this luxury 103 unit build to rent apartment is the most recent project we took on. As both developer and construction manager, we have been involved in every step of this impressive development. The largest and most notable development the region has seen in recent years, we are proud of what our team has achieved. 

This smaller scheme is due for completion in the second half of 2025. Set in a landmark position within a conservation area in the heart of Pulborough, this scheme uses rainwater harvesting, air source heat pumps and various other strategies to combine luxury living with responsible development.

Another of our office to residential conversions, this scheme has been fully let within days of coming to market in 2023. Robust yet elegant specifications will provide long lasting tenant satisfaction. 

Another build to rent scheme with 20 units, this is the conversion of an office block into spacious apartments near Eastbourne Station. 

We have retained this block to add to our portfolio of quality rented units. 

A small private gated estate in Pulborough, these 5 bedroom houses have been designed to exacting standards for the discerning buyer. Marketed by Hamptons International, it is one of the most exciting development Pulborough has seen in years. Completion second half of 2025.

This project required the demolition of a detached home and replacement with an 8 unit apartment block that is sensitive to its environment. Most people won't realise that this building actually houses 8 apartments.
